We believe the things we surround ourselves with should feel meaningful, useful, and made to be used. If your Paper Ritual purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unwritten in
In its original condition
Free from damage, marks, or wear
Returned with any original packaging, when applicable

Because our planners, journals, and stationery are designed to be personal, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been written in, used, or altered.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us
Email info@paperritual.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Wait for return instructions
We'll review your request and provide instructions for sending your item back.

3. Send it back
Package your item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided.

4. We'll take it from there
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, Paper Ritual will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we’ll contact you.
